b. Prohibited Payment Methods:
- No Credit Cards: Credit card payments are not allowed to uphold our principles of financial freedom and alignment, rejecting dependency on debt-based systems.
c. Quote Development:
Contributions are calculated based on:
- Expertise and hourly rates (ranging from $50/hour to $100/hour).
- Estimated time and resources.
- Optional trade/barter contributions.
- Profit-sharing mechanisms, adjusted for risk and engagement.
2. Voluntary Contributions (Empower App)
The Empower App revolutionizes value exchange by fostering intentional, anonymous contributions.
Core Features:
- Anonymity: Contributions remain private, reflecting pure intention without ego or recognition.
- Security: Contributions are one-way; no withdrawals ensure financial integrity.
- Inclusivity: Level 1 members can donate to Energy Shepherd’s mission; higher levels unlock greater participation.
Membership Levels:
- Level 1 (Candidates): Contribute to Energy Shepherd without receiving individual support.
- Level 3 (Clients): Gain full access to donate to and receive from the community.
- Levels 4-5 (Shepherds): Lead through contributions while upholding principles of collective alignment.
Intentional Contributions:
Voluntary contributions are acts of mutual alignment, not charity. They reflect gratitude, shared purpose, and trust in Energy Shepherd’s collective mission.

Empower App Specifics:

- Contributors cannot earmark funds for specific individuals, preserving the collective mission.

Trade and Barter System:
- Evaluations of goods/services are based on fair market value.
- Trade agreements integrate seamlessly into the planning and quote process.
Profit-Sharing Agreements:

Dispute Resolution and Trust
